Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Is this speaker suitable for outdoor use?
It is suitable for short-term outdoor use, but should be protected from direct rain or snow. The cabinet features a polyurea waterproof coating and corrosion-resistant hardware, offering a degree of moisture and corrosion resistance. For long-term fixed outdoor installation, we recommend using a weather cover or a custom protective enclosure.
Q2. What are the advantages of a coaxial design compared to a traditional split-frequency design?
A coaxial driver provides a single acoustic source point, eliminating phase misalignment between high and low frequencies that can occur in multi-way systems. This results in more accurate sound imaging, uniform directivity, and is especially suitable for near-field monitoring, fill applications, and scenarios requiring high speech clarity.
Q3. Can the speaker be mounted or wall-mounted?
Yes. The cabinet is equipped with standard mounting points and can be used with compatible U-brackets, flying frames, or wall-mount brackets. Please ensure that the supporting structure is adequately strong, and we recommend having installation and tuning performed by a qualified professional.
